Inked is Out Now!

Inked by me, Karen Wasson and Jake A Minton is available now!

It has been a long time coming, but Inked is finally here!!

Back in 2022, I entered my middle grade graphic novel manuscript into Hardie Grant’s Ampersand Prize. The winner that year was the deserving Elisa Chenoweth, with her brilliantly funny YA Maria Petranelli is Prepared for Anything (Except This).

While I didn’t win, I did sign a contract for Inked, with Jake A Minton on board to bring the world of Rone and it’s inhabitants to life.

This book is the culmination of many years of work by an amazing team of humans. Including Jake, the team at Figment and Hardie Grant and now the beautiful booksellers who are bringing it to readers.

I’m also thrilled to share that Inked has been chosen to be Kid’s Book of the Month with QBD!

Jake and I will be visiting bookstores and signing copies both separately and together. I’ll do my best to keep my Instagram page up to date with where you can get your hands on a signed copy.

And if you are in Sydney, you can pop by and see Jake’s smashing window display in Kinokuniya.

The audiobook will be available soon through Bolinda and for those with graphic novels lovers in Germany or Denmark, translations are coming for both these languages with others in the pipleline!
